I took my girlfriend and she left with such a smile on her face.

When we came in Sonny offered me a water and Kim took care of my girl straight away getting her setup, such amazing service.

They did the design perfect and complemented her throughout the entire process, will definitely be taking her again.

Kim and Sonny were really kind. I came in late for a full set and they welcomed me, offered me water and worked over time to take care of me.

They helped me pick out my design and offered their opinion and free-styled a gorgeous set! I’m really happy with these results and retention is looking great so far x

Eyebrow lady is absolutely star and very professional, she is very polite, mannerable and patient. However nail technicians are rude and do not listen. Both Kim and the man are subtle racist and prioritise Caucasians women who spend more no different than the black women. kim speak to a lot of the black women rude yet she has so many diverse clientele but it’s clear to see she is racist and refuses to be nice to them. The man also goes along so he is clearly not the manager and has 0 control.

I went to get my natural nails done for the first time ever in which I will never be going there again to get them done as Kim rushed me to prioritise others, the finish was poor and I returned again on the same day where I was met with disrespect for no reason. I voiced I was not happy and they were shouting at me and over me. I spoke very clearly and even a few clients recommended other nail bars based on what they could see.

I would avoid going there for the nail service as black young woman as it’s clear to see they are prejudice. They only like white women, if you black they going to treat you like nothing and take your money in the process.

Lady that does the pedicure can’t paint. Stick to white if you wanna risk it ! I wasn’t happy with the way she did my nails and she kicked off at me ! Wasn’t a nice experience at all !

Happy with my nails asked the lady aka Tracy 😆 and bless her she showed me the Color’s and end result unlike the nail place on the high street trying to get me in and didn’t even have the nail magnetic tool 😊 I would highly recommend nails star art 100% no blagging no lying !!! Just graft nails
