Google I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. While the staff may be trying their best, there was a significant language barrier that led to a lot of frustration. I felt misunderstood, and when I tried to explain what I wanted, I was met with a rude comment accusing me of being difficult. This left me feeling really upset and in tears. I hope the salon can work on improving their communication and customer service in the future.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied after your visit. This is not an experience any of our customers would want.
We just wanted to gently clarify a few points from our side. Before starting the service, the price was clearly explained as £25. We understand that there was some initial hesitation, but the service proceeded after the price had been agreed upon.
Regarding the manicure, we did our best to explain that the acrylic layer had been applied and the remaining step was the color polish, but you didn't seem to understand and didn't want to listen despite other customers explaining further. We understand that there may have been some misunderstanding on this matter, and we sincerely apologize if this caused any discomfort or frustration.
At our salon, we always strive for clear communication and treat every customer with care and respect. We are very sorry if you didn't feel that way that day, and we will continue to work to improve communication to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
