I have been coming here for about a year now. The last time I had my nails done from here, the gel started peeling off after 2 days. It started chipping on my fingers and the entire gel polish came off on my toes.

This has happened before from this salon, but I thought it was a one off and continued going without mentioning it.

I contacted the salon after it happened the second time asking for a refund. They refused and said I could come in to have them fixed instead.

The team know I live in Scotland now and still visit the salon every time I make a trip home. I explained to them that I had already returned to Scotland and asked them to make an exception, to which they replied “it’s not our fault you can’t come back in.”

I wouldn’t normally ask (as I said it’s not the first time it’s happened). However, these were my honeymoon nails and I couldn’t really afford to get them redone.

Stacey J’s showed no compassion, were rude, and were happy to send me on my holiday with nail polish missing from half of my nails.

Terrible service, I will not be returning.

Excellent service by Stacey and all the team at the salon. Always a smile and a warm welcome and always try and accommodate what you need.
I have been going now for 12 months and have nails, pedi and lashes on a very regular basis - Top class service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I had acrylics done as part of the special offer they had on a Tuesday along with my eyebrows tinted for a charity ball and I'm absolutely chuffed. I've had a few bad experiences with beauticians so was wary but the girl that did my nails knew what she was doing and you could tell, I've had non stop compliments and will definitely be rebooking

I went to Stacey J for the first time today and had fantastic service, the girls were accomdating and welcoming.

I booked in at short notice for my brothers wedding and thankfully they were able to provide me with the great service and even better looking nails!

I would highly reccomend this salon and will definitely be returning.

Thank you to Stacey and the fabulous girls at Beauty by Stacey J for making me feel so welcome when I come into the salon. You saved my nails 6 years ago when I first came in and since having BIAB my nails are amazing. I have also had other treatments here; waxing and LVL lashes and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
