me and my family had been going here for years and years and never had an issue until the last few months where continuously butchered our hands and toes. they have left open wounds on my sisters toes and layered biab so thick it ripped off her natural nail.
they always leave my nails so so so sore and thin and cut my skin. no one should leave there nail appointments bleeding, in pain, struggling to walk and disappointed with their nails. do not recommend. going here is self sabotage

I booked for 12pm. By 12:25 I was still waiting. Then because I wasn't happy about the delay, they took 10 minutes to do my nails and were very rude. Won't go back.

Went and got these done and honestly it was my first time and i'm quite pleased. I was mildly annoyed that that lovely woman who actually did my nails cut my finger and didn't acknowledge it and then left bits of black polish on my hands and dust from filing too. (as seen in pictures and more ) and then was made to pay the full £39 which i would've happily paid if they hadn't left my hands in the state they did but overall lovely people and good attempt and the design. -update: got them done on friday and it is now tuesday. they feel very loose which is weird since i don't do anything particularly rough with my hands or anything

nice people, nails were nice enough, had them done last year for £35, this year i came back and asked for very similar but with a small amount of added details, price became £50 which for what i got i think is unreasonable. skin was damaged during filing and without asking, nail tech applied some chemical to my finger which burned yet as i am young i felt uncomfortable to say anything. burned for a few days after too. nails were nice, until a week later when one started to come loose already, i had looked after them properly, being careful not to damage them, yet the top coat was coming off and only a week and a half later 2 snapped off in the same day and another 2 the following day. i have ended up taking them all off and will not be returning for the amount i paid and them only lasting less than 2 weeks. to summarise, nails looked good, but clearly are not worth the money as they do not last.

Had my nails done here on Saturday I loved the design I got what I asked for but some parts of nails were not cover properly and quite jagged for £41 apart from that lovely shop and really nice people

Had my nails done here and hoped for a simple and classy design. (Photos attatched) my primary choice was the one with the beads on although I opted without beads. It wasn't explained to me properly until she had shaped them that she didn't have that colour so couldn't do it and they came out far from perfect. I asked for almond shape and got something completely different and asked when I was there for her to round them off a bit. When I left I messah3d the manager as I felt too uncomfortable in the shop to say anything. He did try to correct them for me however i still feel like they werent up to standards. My nail bed was filed so far inwards my nails have been very painful for days especially my thumb. They also look short and stubby like claws. I'm quite upset as I'm anticipating a proposal. I requested some money back as i had to drive twoce down from tamworth. He offered me a free colour next time however this is not good enough in my opinion as I won't be going there again. I have attached pictures of what I asked for vs what I had to get in the end. He said I should have chose acrylics next time however this wasn't explained to me when I went in with my design choice. I have never had nails that look like this and I feel as they look too small for my hands.

I go regularly to sutton nails for manicure and pedicure and Noc (jess) is excellent always got time for you and always excellent job on both...never had to complain..friendly comfortable atmosphere.

Colour was done perfectly and beautiful nail art, came in with fruit pattern stickers to apply but they were cheap and didn't stick well.. Alice offered to paint them on for me instead and I couldn't be happier with the result. Kind and lovely with careful attention to detail and quality, always love coming here ❤
