So to start off, hairdresser Charlotte was AMAZING! Could not have asked for a better hair dresser! However when it has come to prices! It is absolutely ridiculous! No fault of Charlotte the hairdressers! I went in for an appointment last week to have my colour changed, it couldn’t be done, which was absolutely fine as I still needed to get the red out of my hair that was still there. I was charged £56 for having a cut and a tiny bit of bleach in my hair wash. Not a problem. The problem was when I’ve finished my next appointment which was suppose to be £71. I’ve come to pay and the boss (Nicki)has decided to charge me for having my hair blow dried after having my bleach washed out! So instead of it coming to £71 it has came to £110! I left the shop absolutely fuming and disgusted! My hair wasn’t even styled or nothing just a had it blow dryed. The shop prices need reevaluating! You can still have a thriving business with affordable prices without charging someone for a bit of heat on their hair! Personal opinion I wouldn’t waste your money coming here. The shop is a scam and I will not be coming back here again

I personally had a not so great experience with a spray tan but Nikki was very quick to act and put right resolving the issue.

If anyone is looking to have a massage / facial then this is the place to go.
Had both today & what a treat, best treatments Iv had.

Had a massage and facial here yesterday and both treatments were excellent. The therapist was very professional and made the whole experience relaxing from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed and my skin looked great. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality treatment and a bit of well-deserved relaxation.

Had my hair done by Paula for the first time and she did an amazing job. She was so kind, made me feel really comfortable, and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I absolutely love my hair and couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be back and highly recommend !!

Had my hair done by Charlotte today - she was so so lovely and did such an amazing job! Everyone was really accommodating as I wear a hijab so they closed the blinds and put shutters up whilst having my hair done. Really appreciated this, would definitely recommend!

The ladies here are amazing. Whether you want a massage/lashes, nails or hair. They were particularly brilliant with my Mum who is very poorly at the moment.
