Google I decided to get my nails done at this salon last week, and I’m truly very disappointed. The work was not elegant or professional at all, and even though it’s only been a week, the polish has already started to come off at the tips. Honestly, a big no from me.
Owner Response:
Hi Eda,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations.
At JNails.UK, we always take pride in maintaining high standards and ensuring that every client leaves feeling happy and confident. However, as with all nail treatments, the durability can sometimes depend on factors such as natural nail condition and aftercare, something that varies from person to person.
That being said, we completely understand how disappointing it can be when results don’t last as long as expected. This is exactly why we offer a 7-day complimentary repair policy, allowing any client to return for a free fix within that time if there’s any issue at all.
We’d be more than happy to welcome you back and make sure you leave 100% satisfied. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly so we can arrange this for you :)
Warm regards,
JNails.UK Team
