I always have a great experience at Brow Box! I’ve had my brows, express lashes and a lash lift and tint done here, and every time they turn out perfectly. I can get quite anxious and have walked in and out of many salons before through worry, but the ladies here always make me feel welcome, at ease and completely comfortable. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

The girls were friendly but my nails are awful, I won’t return here could have done so much better my self there uneven and thick!!! So I can’t leave a good review for my nails maybe should just stick to brows!

I always go here for an eyebrow tint and shape. This Saturday had a new girl who has completely taken most of my right eyebrow off! This has deeply upset me. My eyebrow hairs take so long to grow back. Unfortunately they have lost a long standing customer this weekend.

I had a lash lift and tint mid August at the brow box in Stourbridge. Didn't know what to expect as I have never had this done before.

After the lash lift started to wear off weeks later, I noticed my lashes looked really short. Upon examination, it turns out my actual lashes had snapped in half/singed off which I'm pretty sure isn't supposed to happen??? I have read online and got opinions from other lash technicians that it can be due to the solution being left on for too long....

I cant even wear mascara anymore until my lashes grow back which may take ages??? I feel so embarrassed.

And another experience I had here - I've also had my nails done before (acrylic extensions) where I had to keep telling the nail technician that the acrylic has been applied bumpy and she needed to file it down in order for my nails not to appear lumpy and uneven which I'm pretty sure the customer shouldn't have to mention this......

Please avoid if you want smooth nails and to keep your eyelashes
