Dreadful - the man who did my nails was rude, did a bad job and rushed to get us out the shop. I went back to get them rectified and 3 other people were either coming back to complain about this specific man or passed comment about his manner. I had to wait hours and the job was very unsatisfactory even when completed by the manager.

The first time I had them done I was so happy and impressed but after my recent experience I will never be returning and would not recommend this place at all!

I made a booking for Biab infill on their booking system for Sunday 10th May at 14.00. Driven all the way from Oxfordshire (45min) to find the shop closed. Fuming. Left numerous messages but no one has called me back. Sort out your booking system 🤬

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Unfortunately, there was an issue with our online booking system, which incorrectly allowed appointments to be made on Sundays when the salon is closed. We completely understand how upsetting this must have been, especially after travelling such a long distance.

We are also very sorry that you did not receive a prompt response to your messages. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. The booking system issue is currently being addressed to ensure this does not happen again in future.
