Wouldn’t go anywhere else. This place is clean, hygienic and the staff are lovely. I usually get my nails done from Mia. She’s a true talent. I have also got my nails done from Anna. She is also super talented ! The staff working here truly take care of you. Recommended to all family and friends.

The nail artists were very talented and skilled with their designs. However, either the application process or the large amount of glue caused my natural nail to tear off completely. I wasn’t doing anything strenuous when it happened, yet my natural nail snapped off, resulting in excessive bleeding and numbness in my finger.

I had Biab for Christmas and I liked the nails and design but they only lasted 1 week before growing out because they didn’t do my cuticles. Disappointing paying £40 for them to last a week.

I took my daughter in there who wanted multiple different colours, on both her hands and toes. Without a booking or even me calling in advance they immediately helped me. They did exactly as my little one asked. Yes they speak their native tongue at times, even when they said the price and I thought they said £40 and id have paid it not knowing what prices are for painting nails ( being a bloke.) they didn't just take advantage of my incompetence and corrected me saying £14! Anyone who accommodates my daughter how they did deserves custom. They made her feel like " a big girl " being pampered and she loved it, so that means I loved it !

I come all the way from London to this parlour it’s the best I’ve ever been to. They offer free hot & cold drinks. Very friendly manner. Very friendly staff. My other half get a pedicure and he swear by it’s the best he had. It’s a shame I live so far as I get asked by so many women where I get my nails. Thank you for the best customer service I’ll will be returning again.
