i just went with my little sister to get her nails done here. she shown them one set of nails with a hibiscus flower on and asked how much and then another set with smaller flowers and french tips on that she went with and they said £40. she done the french tips and went straight in with top coat afterwards without the design and still charged her £40. i was starting to ask isn’t there meant to be a design but my sister told me to leave it, it is just wrong that you are paying a price expecting to get a design and then they just send you off with half of what you asked for.

Worst nail salon I have ever visited. The salon was empty, the staff were not welcoming at all, they were all speaking in their own language and my nail tech kept going on her phone whilst doing my nails. Oh and they told me it’s cash only at the end of my treatment - luckily I had cash. I have honestly never felt so uncomfortable. No wonder the salon was empty. The nails they did for me wasn’t neat at all and I only got basic French tip acrylics. I had to go elsewhere, American Nails, one week later to remove their awful job and to re-do it. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

************MUST READ***** FOR EYE LASH EXTENSION********

I was looking for a last min place for eye lash extension days before attending wedding of my best friend and bride her self suggested me this place. At first, I wasn't so sure because there were so many negative comments about waxing and eyelash lady on this business but since my best friend were insisting me to meet Dimple, I went for Patch test and I realised that all of the negative comments were for a former employee of this place but now there is a new lady whom taken over upstairs space for eyelash salon and her business goes by name Belle lash and beauty Which is separate entity.

I am glad that in the end I made a decision to do mine eye lash extension here with Dimple. She did fabulous and astonishing job. She was professional, friendly and skilful. I really cant thank her enough to taking out sometime from her busy schedule and fit me in last moment. I got so many compliment during my bestie wedding that I lost count of x x x ......Thank you Dimple xxxx will see you again for sure..... xo xo xo

Had my brows done by Dimple she is new to glitter nails and beauty and wow there amazing I have tried quite a few places to get the right brows and I found it today the shape and colour is on point.

Dirty cluttered and not nice experience, been a few times but not going again don’t do what you want and hurt , one member of staff is so rude so many nail shops around they need to make things cleaner and nicer

The place is small, and I have been there more than once and yet they didn’t give me a discount, the man who did my nails kept on doing them wrong and it was like he couldn’t even be be asked to do the propley and it looked like a mess I had to go back there and ask for it redone but it is quite fast and the result is nice if u get it dont by this specific woman not the man
