I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year and I’ve never had a bad experience. However, I came to get my acrylics taken off and it was the worst experience. The lady didn’t soak off my acrylics but rather clipped them and used an electric nail file. I queried the procedure during my appointment but was told, it was ok. I ended up returning to get them checked over to which they were then soaked in acetone. I have been left with a bruise/injury to my nail. I won’t be returning which is a same as the salon is lovely and very clean. I’m not sure if they were new staff.

Good and friendly service. However, I have noticed that some of the nail technicians who were gloves do not change them between clients. As a matter of hygiene, I hope they can change this practice.

Been here 3 times now and have no complaints, have always designed my nails exactly how I wanted them, absolutely love my nail design today he done them perfectly and was exactly what I asked for.

Would highly recommend this nail salon. Always have a lovely experience. Refreshments and a relaxing atmosphere. Since having my first experience here in july, this is my go to nail salon!

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough! This is my go-to nail salon and I love the treatment I receive. I've never been rejected a design or had a negative experience. I'm even been offered a warm drink on every visit which is always lovely! Jenny, in particular, is very accommodating, cares about her clients and makes sure they're left satisfied. I've been back twice due to my thumbnail chipping (the pandora clasp is a nightmare!), but they always kindly repair it. I love this place ❤️

This is the 5th time I have been and the customer service has been really good as thy always ask if you would like a drink. They have a vast array of nail services they provide. I am always happy with my nails.
I have booked appointments walked in without and they are very accommodating.
A very happy customer 😀.

3 strikes and they are out. My last visit was awkward. I brought in the photo of what I wanted. The technician asked me to look at instagram for designs, clearly didn’t want to do my design. What I got was ok. However. The work was rushed and left my fingers in pain. My thumb swelled and was very sore for a week after. I was about to ask for antibiotics as was concerned I was infected. All my other fingers were sore and all developed scabs on the sides where the technician had aggressively filed the sides. Whilst we all expect a bit of tenderness the next day. This was next level. I could not even touch my thumb it was so painful.
I shan’t be back.
The first pic is what I got and second pic what I asked for. I was shocked at the charge of £31 with a £5 off voucher 🤨

I really wanted to love this set because the salon itself is lovely. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the space was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, which definitely made the appointment enjoyable.

However, I was disappointed with the final result compared to the reference photos I showed. The acrylic application was poor — the nails are bulky and bumpy rather than smooth and refined, and the overall shape is inconsistent. The pinky nail is noticeably much shorter than the rest, which throws off the balance of the entire set.

While I understand that mistakes can happen, I don’t feel comfortable being invited back to have them corrected. This is something that should have been done properly during the original appointment, especially given the time, cost, and professional setting. I shouldn’t need a follow-up visit to fix issues that were avoidable in the first place.

I’m sharing this honest feedback because the salon has a great atmosphere, but the technical standard of the nail application did not meet expectations.
