Love going here to get my nails done : ) never disappointed. Nice friendly staff.

Any one complaining about the nails should be clear about what they want so they can be adjusted, no point sitting there while you look at your nails getting done knowing you aren't happy right.

Look how pretty my nails are ☺️ thanks Lilly 💕🌸

Absolutely amazing o totally love this salon. Took my photo in today for a special occasion & they did me proud again.
Always a great atmosphere & a joke to be had, drinks offered before you take a seat. Never had to waitore than 10 minutes for a walk in appointment, if I book they are always ready waiting for me.
Offer wonderful advice if you can't make up your mind just ask for a little help.
Thank you your a great team 🥰😁

Excellent service. Always come here for my nails and they definitely don’t disappoint. Every single time I bring a photo in for how I would like my nails they always gets it spot on. I would highly recommend coming here for your nails. All staff are very welcoming and they always make sure they have a joke with you and it’s a lovely atmosphere to be In

As a disabled influencer I travel all over the UK charity events & I've yet to indulge & find a nail establishment that provides the wonderful, caring & amazing talent equal to Lilly's nail care, no one comes close! So if you're coming to Birmingham anytime soon head to Hawthorn Road within Kingstanding, you'll get the best service, beautiful nails & you'll feel like you've been to a Spa! Thank you Jo & Lilly, for another fantastic visit. Stay safe & see you soon, Kaz ❤️

Treated myself to French tip but short style hands and feet. Excellent attention to detail, took about an hour, £60 all in, was offered tea/coffee twice and given a stamped loyalty card.Very good service, beautiful clean salon, highly recommend Lilly's nail care to everyone. Thank you
