I would not recommend coming to nails4u, save your time & money! If i had the choice to put 0 stars i would have. On first arrival, the man who worked there came over to us asked us what we wanted & was genuinely a lovely man. The woman on the other hand, i found her quite rude and also very rough with filling with the nail drill. She kept filling over the same area of my nail which caused a slight burn, then also caught my finger with file.. she did apologise for this but then laughed. She then kept tugging my hand closer to her and tapping my hand to ask me to move it.. communication would have been key and would have had no problem. I asked for french tips, i chose the colour i wanted which was exactly what i wanted but the tips are not even, some are thicker than others & most of them are so wonky! Also, i answered my phone which was a very important call (nails was completely dry btw as they had been under the lamp) and as soon as i put the phone down she grabbed my hand to look and tutted to herself.. not very professional if you ask me. Honestly, if you want a polite, welcoming nail salon to go to i would recommend Nail Art & Spa in the high street, the only reason i went to nails4u was because Nail Art & Spa was fully booked (they are always my go to place very friendly, lovely people and do an amazing job/nail art too) very disappointed in my nails unfortunately.

Well the woman is so rough, made my skin bleed then dipped a cotton bud in some liquid to clean it off, burnt like hell, didn't check i might be allergic to it, constantly pulling your fingers, too busy looking round shop, never again.

the man who works there, your really good at what you do. the woman on the other hand, she is so rough! never have i had so many cuts on my hands! The constant dirty looks and pulling my hand and wrist. The nails are so uneven and wonky. i gave this nail shop the benefit of the doubt as i have had to go back before to get things corrected but surely it should be good standard first time? Safe to say i deffo will not be returning. Your very rude with your clients and its quiet shocking.

Really good nail salon, staff are really friendly they take there time and so affordable. I've been to many nail shops and this is the best one. I showed them what I wanted and I got just that. And my mom got hers done as well and she is really pleased

I attended here for a BIAB overlay the nail technician said he offers this service here however, when I attended they only used gel polish. After months of growing out my natural nails and using BIAB on my nails. Very disappointed. Please don’t say you offer certain services to your clients when you do not.

First and last time I will go to this nail shop. Genuinely felt like I was being tortured for 45 mins. When filing my nails with the electric drill they kept pressing down so hard it was burning and then filed all the skin around my nails and cuticles to the point 4 of my fingers were bleeding. They have filed my nails down that short they were filing the bottom on my finger. All the gel is stuck to my skin, very uneven on the nails and the white French tips are atrocious. If it wasn’t for the fact that I go away tomorrow and wouldn’t have had time to go anywhere else I would have walked out. Had to come home and try and sort them out the best I can. A untrained person would have done a better job. Would definitely not recommend.

Decided to try this nail shop and will never go back again! I asked for simple short square nails and they couldn’t deliver that. The lady applied the acrylic and filed my nails bent. I asked them to correct it and they had an attitude and continued to file it the dark way whilst being extra rough. In the end they removed them without trying to fix my nails. I do not recommend at all.

Took my daughter to get a new set of nails never again.... she told em the nails didn't fit her fingers they changed them when they had finished the nails still didn't fit her fingers and the paint work was lumpy. ... told him we wasn't happy so asked for a refund and for the nails to be took off PLEASE BEAWARE!!!!!!!

Been here before so thought I’d give it another go. They were awful! Had to ask the woman to redo the French tip because they were all different sizes. After having 2 snap off not even two days after I asked for my money back and she said no sit down. Fixed them and 3 more snapped not long after. Do not recommend at all! Very intimidating too.
