DO NOT GO THERE . Went in 3 months ago to take my nails off , the girl forced me to put my hand in acetone 6 times, in and out, in and out without even paying attention to the water in the bowl which should be warm and it cold as ice. And wanted to charge me £15 for removal. Absolutely frustrating and triggering as now my nails look like this. I will eventually make a formal complaint as look what she has done to my nails ever since I went to the salon.

These guys are amazing. Very gentle and patient. Lee who did my nails is duchess a gentle soul, do is all other members of staff. I don't use gel or shellac on my nails to prevent damaging them, so my nails had chipped shortly after having it done. I called to have them retouched as I had a couple of events to attend the next few days. Lee had kindly cleaned off the old varnish and re-did them all, without any hesitation or further cost.

A job well done, thank you so much Lee!!

Honestly terrible experience, 2.5 hours of my nails being filed by the older lady. Only wanted plain black, her attitude was terrible, and kept on tugging at my hands. 5 days later and all of the paint has peeled from my nails, and the polish is still wet underneath. Felt like I’ve thrown £50 out of the window

Very pleased with the service I recieved. I had no appointment but they were able to fit me in and I had a great pedicure. Communication was OK with only a slight language barrier, but I was understood and catered for. They took their time, and the massage chair helped to provide a relaxed atmosphere. My feet feel soft and pretty, great service, thank you.

I had a really nice experience. I had a pedicure done and it started with my feet being soaked in warm water while sitting on a massage chair. They adjusted the temperature to my liking and there was a lovely movie playing too. My feet were thoroughly cleaned and filed and I was given flip flops to walk in when she started on my toe nails. It was very relaxing and I'll be going again.

Asian nail bars are a thing.
Not my cup of tea.
Not very neat for the price.
Not a nice environment.
Dusty.
The chemical smell is too strong.

I mean they do walk ins and that's good.

However they gave me some weird acrylic varnish (not acrylic nails, legit some very strange varnish that was impossible to get off with anything).
And I just asjed6for shellac.
It had to be filed off eventually.
It took me months to regrow my nails.
My nails were ruined.

Not going there ever again.
