Google I have been to Pure and Beautiful multiple times before, however, I booked an appointment for my bridal manicure and pedicure in August. I booked for my mother and I to attend. On the morning of our appointment, approximately 30 mins before, we got a text cancelling the appointment. As a bride, I was left without an option. I wasn’t provided with an alternative nail salon nor a subsequent member of staff who could assist us. No options we provided. As a business, it was highly unprofessional. The lack of customer service was significantly off-putting especially as the appointment was booked for such a special mother and daughter moment.

Google Pure and Beautiful is the best place in the jewellery quarter to get your nails done. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. Nails are perfectly done and last well. Do not go anywhere else.

Google I have been a customer for that many years that I have lost count.
Rosie is an amazing technician and is always very accommodating to your needs as a customer.
Nothing is too much trouble I always leave her to use her creative flair and I am the talk of my office when I show off my nails.
The compliments I receive are all down to her work 👍
