I have been using this salon for many years & the service has always been warm and friendly. I have had other nail services, but regular "go-to" are acrylic white tips ....

Often, my feet get neglected, but during the summer months, a "foot spa" & pedicure for tired aching feet is a "must" & a lovely treat.

Had such a lovely experience! The lady who did my nails was absolutely amazing – she made sure I was happy with everything throughout, constantly checking if everything was okay and that I liked the shape, length, and colour. She was really kind, patient, and welcoming. I felt so comfortable the whole time and genuinely enjoyed being there. The end result was perfect – I absolutely love my nails! Will definitely be coming back!💜

Unprofessional staff and the Owner.

My wife had her nails done and the staff asked for £10 in cash.

2 minute later the Boss walks in.

He asked my wife for £10.00. She replied I have already paid the lady (staff) £10. At this point the staff denied asking / receiving the cash. Boss said I trust my staff...

So my wife had to pay again. Cash only - no receipts...

**This a con. Cheating customers and Tax Authorities.

They have lost one regular customer.

Be careful about the staff /owners.

Booked in an appointment which started on time but I was stopped halfway because the owner, from the 1.5 hours I was sat there observing the incoming calls and footfall, seems to overbook, overpromise and overwork his nail technicians. Mid appointment I was set to the side to wait while my technician started on another client who has also booked in, while I had to wait for another to be free. As a result, my nail technician, as lovely as she was, wanted to do my nails as quickly as she could. I also had to instruct her on how to file my nails, pushing my cuticles back, how many coats of gel to put on and how to do my french tip. Many clients come to a salon as a means of relaxing and being looked after, which is not the case here. I walked out with nails that didn’t feel fresh, with janky cuticles and uneven gel application. My regular technician has observed and is unimpressed with the quality which is another indicator of a job poorly done. The owner needs to work on giving time to his technicians to both train and provide a salon service.

Nice nail shop and they do them well, just hit and miss sometimes. Some of the staff are nice, some do the nails better than others. French tips cost me £30 (new set). Best to book an appointment in advance because then you're usually not kept waiting. Best times are earlier in the day

The male owner is extremely rude, and standoffish and also dictates how you should have your nails YOU pay for!! No card machine so they avoid the tax man this is not the 1960’s!!! Expect long delays they over book and don’t have enough staff
