Saw a review where a customer was refused service and I can honestly say the same thing- walked in at half 3pm and was refused service although there was still half an hour left until closing time and told to come back the next day despite the fact that I work a 44 hour week and don’t have the time to get my brows done during the week. Will be switching eyebrow places now anyway as my eyebrows weren’t done properly on a couple of occasions. Very unprofessional to refuse service during opening times.

- further to my review, your response is the most unprofessional response I have ever received from a business. It has been 7 months since my review, I have explained that my eyebrows haven’t been done properly on multiple occasions, I’ve explained that you have turned me away during opening hours, you havent asked me about my appointment so you have no evidence when you say you were with a pre booked patient or if I was pre booked. You haven’t responded to these things?- there is still another review on this page where someone has had the same experience and hasn’t been responded too either.

I came in to get my eyebrows done at 5:20pm and was met with exceptionally rude service. I politely asked if there was availability, and the lady abruptly told me "no" without any courtesy or explanation—just a blunt refusal and a suggestion to come back in the morning. When I explained that I had work and was hoping she could squeeze me in, she didn’t offer any alternatives or show any willingness to help—just shook her head and dismissed me. It wasn’t just a lack of availability, it was the complete lack of basic customer courtesy that stood out. Very disappointing experience. I won't be back.

I recently had my nails done, along with threading and waxing services. I'm extremely pleased with the customer service – the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is spotless, professional, and has a warm atmosphere. I will definitely be recommending it to others.

Sammita and the girls are so kind and friendly go above and beyond to make sure i am satisfied with my biab nails and she knows i love glitter nails. Never rushes.. very clean also the staff will offer coffee and tea.. they know there PQ. 😊👍
