I got my lashes done for the first time by lashesbyjas a few months ago and they have lasted so long almost 5 weeks and they still look amazing! She was so lovely and I had such a lovely appointment, she did my lashes exactly how I wanted them, will definitely be booking in with her again!

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL service

LashesbyJas - she was over 30 minutes late , and the job she did was appalling ! all my lashes were falling out within a week when trying to book in to get this resolved with her she agreed then cancelled last minute.

Her policy said if I’m 10 mins late she’d charge me £10, but it was fine for me to wait 37 minutes for her!!! Like her time is more valuable

When querying the issue , she blocked me-

Most horrendous lashes I’ve ever had and the WORST attitude from the staff, the woman was rude and beyond unhelpful

I’ve been coming here for so many years now, and all the girls are so lovely. Holly and Kirsty are amazing nail techs, and my sets never disappoint! I’m awful at making decisions but Holly is really helpful and patient with me while I try and decide what I want 😅

Been twice now to this Salon. Don’t recommend at all. Gel nails don’t last at all.

First time came with my Mom - hers lasted 4 days & chipped, mine didn’t last a week either & I had to go back in the same day as 1 hand had a mat finish.

Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt & came again with my sister for our nails to be done at Christmas, hers lasted about 3 days & she’s taken then off before they’ve been on a week as they had chipped terribly. Mine have chipped too.

Definitely will not be back.

Recently had a course of laser hair removal treatment. It was competitively priced, the treatment room was impeccably clean and Kirsty made every effort to make me comfortable and save my blushes. Would definately recommend.

The place is nice and first time I went I got and excellent service. Unfortunately the second time I was booked at 9.00 am and I waited 17 minutes for the person that was going to see me. I had an event that day and she didn’t even bother to call or text that she was going to be late or if she was going to come at all. I am very disappointed with the service because of this. Shame because thanks to a careless employee my impression of the place changed and I wouldn’t recommend the place.
