I have only ever gotten my nails in the USA, but when I tell you this is the best place in the UK I mean it. I went there with low expectations as in the US my nails are always overpriced, chip easily, and fall off. First, I showed them an inspo picture from Pinterest and they tried so hard to get the exact color. They searched through several books to get the right shade of red for me. They also re did my chrome because I did not like the color. They also did not even take that long - and they charge so little!! I am used to over $120 nails that fall of within a week and get no compliments but these were $46 for a full set of extensions gel with chrome, so far haven’t chipped ( it’s been 4 weeks) or fell off, they had excellent service, and I got over 20 compliments on them! This is the best place ever if you want cheap, good quality, good service nails.

I went into this salon for the first time today and the staff here are so friendly! John made me a cup of tea and the lady doing my nails communicated very well about what she will and wont be able to do with the design i wanted. I will definitly be coming back to have my nails done again here.

They sent me home with 4 nails and the rest wasn’t even done just the tips on !!! I sent them money and they said they didn’t get it that’s why they sent me home and then later they called me they have the money and am home just with 4 nails done

Gave me a different price at the biggining then changed it and overpriced me on normal polish they charged me £40 on a normal Polish I will not be coming here again.

the lady i went to was so sweet and she did an amazing job on my nails much better than high end famous shops i loves how they turned out she took her time to ensure my nails looks perfect i would 100% recommend usually i dont leave reviews but this place was amazing.

The girls are double booking people, it was the 3rd (and final) time I've come in with a pre booked appointment and had to wait 30mins to be seen to. When I asked how long they say 10mins, this was my lunch break so a very small window for me. It's unprofessional and disrespectful. Note to management - have a word with your employees to be honest and open with your customers, stop double booking.

A couple weeks ago, I came in to get a full set of acrylics with some charms (cost £55) and they did an amazing job. I had trouble with trust after a different salon didn’t give me what I needed but these guys were kind, started light conversation with me and were constantly making sure I got what I wanted through every step of my nails. They didn’t seem annoyed with anything I asked either which helped me feel more comfortable since I struggle with anxiety. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to get a new set!

I had french tip done on my feet, and it looks like something someone done at home. I tried telling the lady about the colour she kept huffing and puffing. My toes looked worse then what they were when i went in. Honestly dont waste your money. Theres better nail places in walsall avoid this. French tip giving miss piggy vibes. Not cute at all.

Ruined my brand new jacket with polish and attempted to wipe it off with acetone with out asking me which damaged the jacket and faded in colour. Worst experience at this place or any other salon in my life. They could not even get a basic nail design right it took 2 of them to try and figure out what a curved white line should look like across each nail. Absolutely pathetic and inexperienced "nail techs" with fake certificates. Left with nails all different sizes and nothing like what I asked for which was simply a natural pink nail with a white line - picture was provided. Absolutely disgusted with the fact my jacket has been ruined more than the poor nail service.

My latest visit to this place will definitely be my last. I don't even know where to start with my experience today. After the man doing my nails had painted and cured 1 whole hand he told me light colours don't look good and this bottle was old so won't look the best. He then asked if I wanted to change it as if I said I didn't like it at the end he wouldn't have time to correct. I have never heard that light colours cure badly but hw was right, there were streaks after 1 cure and he was the only who told me it was an old bottle. Then why was it still out for customers? I went to pick a colour and he was standing over my shoulder as if I was taking too much time. The closing time is 7 and it was not even half 6. If that's too late to be there, then why did you book my appointment at that time? This was thr most rushed unpleasant experience I've ever had, where I'm paying for a service! Will not go back
