OVER CHARGED! When booking my appointment over the phone I was told that I’d be charged £25 for plain black painted nails but was then charged £50 on the day! When I asked why I was being over charged I was told that I had been given the wrong price over the phone when booking my appointment. If I knew I’d be paying that much I’d never have booked in the first place. Way too expensive! Not worth paying that much money for nails. Will be booking at a different salon from now on.

New customers be aware of being charged more than the normal price rate. Recently on two separate occasions I have visited Nails 4 U Walsall to get my nails done. On the first occasion I was charged £55 for plain acrylic nails. I was also cut on two fingers which were left bleeding and sore. I then returned three weeks later to get infills and was shockingly charged a further £50. I could not believe the price I was being charged just for infills. There was a customer sat beside me who had just gotten a fresh set of acrylic nails done and was charged £42 when I had been charged £55 three weeks before for the exact same work. After I had visited Nails 4 U Walsall for the second time I then decided to visit a few nail salons in the area to get a price quote on the nail work I had just received and was told I should have been charged between £20-£30 and that I should never have been overcharged £50 just to get infills. I will never visit this salon again and have now booked into another nail salon to get infills priced at just £25. Another off-putting part of my experience at Nails 4 U Walsall was that the nail technicians sat talking to one another in a language I did not understand and I frequently got the impression they were talking about me. Would not recommend visiting this salon.

The staff are really friendly. I went for a cat eye gel manicure and it was amazing! I've hopped around quite a few salons in town but this will be my go to place now. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they did my nails how I wanted it. They checked I was happy every step of the way as well. Genuinely can't stop staring at my nails. I can't wait to go back

I travelled 40 minutes to get to this nail shop and honestly, I'd do it again. The staff are so polite and welcoming. My nails? Absolutely amazing. I didn’t even have a design in mind and they just worked their magic with zero fuss. And the guy who did my pedi? If I could steal him and hire him for my personal pedis, I would… but obviously that's illegal and I wouldn’t do that! Thank You all.

I had such a great experience at this salon! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The salon itself was clean, stylish, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I got a full set of nails and they turned out perfect—the nail tech paid great attention to detail and really listened to what I wanted. You can tell they take pride in their work. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and a chill vibe!
