Lorraine was very welcoming and warming. Chatty so made the appointment enjoyable. Very knowledgeable about all products used and reasoning why she was using them. Salon Very clean and spacious.

Have been using Elle Kay Nails & Beauty for a few years now for various treatments eyebrows, lash tints and pedicures, although mostly Nails.

I am always made to feel welcome and comfortable. I am asked if my nails are being done for a special occasion and if there is a preference on colour. I am then given a few options on designs with an array of colours.

They last for weeks still looking as good as new. Nails are in a great condition.

Would highly recommend!

I first contacted Leanne via email as I'd been unable to wear false nails due to an allergy I developed about 18 months ago.
My own nails were so brittle they broke constantly and were very ugly to look out.
I've never, ever had such outstanding customer service and after care as I've received from Leanne.
She contacted the manufacturer of the nail products she uses to check the ingredients.
I have had bio sculpture three times with her now with no allergic reaction and she STILL emails me to see if I've had a reaction every week!

Had my nails done today by leanne ,I have been having my nails done by leanne for years and I must say she is extremely good at doing nails ,her salon has the highest standard of hygiene that I have ever seen in any other salon,she is a lovely person who is always welcoming and makes your whole experience comfortable and always goes the extra mile to make sure your nails are done to perfection and the results are always 100% perfect beautiful nails ,would always recommend this nail and beauty salon you won't be disappointed and will come away with nails you will love

I have lost count of the number of years I have been going to Elle Kay to have my nails and eyebrows done. Leanne is an extremely professional beautician who ensures that cleanliness is to the highest standard. I am never disappointed with my treatments - my nails always look fabulous and feel healthy and strong. My eyebrows are always well shaped and look lovely, especially after a tint. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
