I visited this place for the first time today. Horrible customer service, rude staff and unwelcome to all customes. Disgusting to people if you look different. The manager, cannot even answer an enquiry appropriately without shouting. I went to the shop 2 doors down the best customer service.

Been going to this one salon for a long time and all they did was rush my nails and my nails hurt after a while and never done what I asked for so I thought I’d try somewhere else and today was my First time going coco’s Nails today and I’m absolutely in love with my nails, they took there time never rushed done what I asked I’m am a very happy customer I will definitely be going there again from now on thank you so much 💕💕

This is first ever experience having acrylic nails.
I decided to try coco nails.
Omg it was absolutely amazing 👏.
The professionalism of the nails tec guy was brilliant.
The whole process from start to finish was 5* I will definitely recommend and use again.
3 weeks in and my nails still look brand new.
Also the amount of complements I receive is verification of their workmanship.

I’ve been here twice now and I’ve found my perfect shop again finally,fab staff clean place,professional,staff are so so welcoming also I took my daughter today to get a French manicure she has never had them done b4 and they have turned out beautifully,I used to go to Nails 4 U bridge street Walsall yrs ago I went there for 16 yrs unfortunately my technician moved and have never found a place as good,but coco nails is by far the best shop around,5 star rating from us,I highly recommend.
