Have been a customer of the nail shop even when they were in the top cuts shop, i get my gel nails done every 4wks each visit i have never had any problems with my gel nails when i have spoke to the staff they have always spoke back to me always very friendly with me, never have problems with my nails each time i visit always very happy with my nails and will continue to get my nails done every 4wks, got them done today i am very happy with my gel nails thank you

Had some issues with first set of nails but the owner was kind and helped fix the issue with a fresh set which are a lot better

I have been to this salon many times and I have always been happy with service and outcome, however yesterday the lady who did my nails was more interested in everything going round about her and her phone than my nails. I had BISB infill and when I got outside some of my nails were actually stuck to my fingers and my nails were filed at all different shapes, polish was uneven and I had cuts at side of my finger. I have never been so disappointed, I go on holiday next week and after paying £33 for a service I could cry. I will never be back which is a shame as most of the people are very good in the salon. They really don’t give you any time to check your nails before you leave they are too interested in getting the next person in.

Very disappointed this visit. I had three people doing my nails and felt like they could not be bothered. Nails are very messy. Not a great finish at all. Gel is on my skin too. Just looks bad.
This salon is very bad for the consistency of standards from their nail technicians. Same price for any level of nail tech. Some are just awful and should not be doing nails. Will never return.

Took myself and my daughter as a treat for some mom and daughter time. I asked for French acrylic. And my daughter Almond in polka dots. We had a great experience. Are nails amazing? Done great? Can't fault one part of my daughter's first experience; she loved her nails, and mine were the best I have had—not chunky or oversized or with marks in them, they were slim and strong and done great and still going strong 3 weeks later

Went on a few weeks ago to get my biab done, the first girl i got i felt was rude and was grabbing at my hands so i asked for someone else, and i got Chum. She was lovely and did a great job. After speaking with her i realised that it’s maybe the language barrier and they don’t mean to be rude. Got a foot spa too and it was lovely. Will definitely go back.

Treated myself to nails for 1st time today. Arrived and explained I was looking to extend my own nails and white tips and was quoted£20. Sat down and young girl with very little English began doing my nails. Staff at times were hanging over her and were chatting in I presume their own language. She also randomly chatted to workers to her side which at times felt rude. Didnt really say anything to me. When she machine filed my cuticles a few bled. I tried to direct her re the shape/ height but there was a language barrier. Eventually when she finished went to till and was told £35 turns out she'd done acrylics! I now think she was a trainee. My cuticles are sore. Will not be back..

One chap ignored what I asked him, then huffed and rolled his eyes at me numerous times. At one point I actually felt like saying something, don't think I have ever been made to feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. Like he was really putting himself out serving me.

Went last year and wasn’t great experience however thought I would give them another chance today but nope same old - rude staff, almost like they can’t be bothered with you coming in. Plenty other places who appreciate you and deserve my money, really bad atmosphere and vibe too. Never again

Would give no stars if that were an option. Asked for a pedi with traditional nail polish. 10 mins in it transpires that have none. £30 for a foot soak, burnt foot and a bit of a rub. Daughter sitting beside me had cold water and two nails roughly shaped.

One of the worst experiences in my life. Will never go there again. On Wednesday i visited thereThe lady in right corner did my eyebrow waxing and she plucked plenty extra hairs from my right eyebrow. She didn't admit her mistake and charged me 3£ extra. Their rates don't match with their catalog.
She ruined my eyebrow for long time 😑.

Don't go and waste your money.
