Had another brilliant appointment with Morgan. Love how clean, cosy and relaxing the salon is, how friendly and chatty everyone is, even therapists who you haven't booked with welcome you with a big smile. Absolutely love how well they follow all safety regs to the letter - as someone with allergies I feel so reassured with how thorough they are with patch testing and health consultations. Always leave looking and feeling amazing, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Do not go here!! Went for a patch test, walked in and no one spoke to me. Then came back for my lash lift appointment and they said I couldn’t get it done because they gave me the wrong patch test. Didn’t even apologise, they were so rude! Then finally got my lash lift. Felt like she was pulling my eye lashes out and didn’t speak to me the whole time. Was absolutely freezing as well.

I had such a zen experience with Sarah at Luna flow therapies today. I wish I could rewind and do it all again. From the moment I arrived to leaving, I felt truly valued and the atmosphere of care that Sarah created for me was so nice. My facial was so relaxing, I could feel myself drifting off, I wish I could have stayed for a nap! Sarah’s massage of my face, neck, décolletage and scalp was very much needed and I left feeling relaxed, pampered and hydrated. I can’t wait to book in for a full body massage soon as the rest of my body was very jealous of my face today! Thanks again Sarah! Xxx

It was my second time at Beyond Beauty and Daria is absolutely the best nail artist! She takes her time and the results are always perfect. She pays so much attention to every single detail - the shape, the cuticle work and the finish. Everything always looks so neat and professional. Managed to get a last minute appointment with Lisa after she shuffled her diary to accommodate me which I was grateful for. Lisa is very knowledgeable and helped to choose the right type of nail service to suit me rather than pushing me to get the more expensive one. In this industry, it can be very competitive and would highly recommend booking in to see Lisa! Lovely experience
