I recently visited this nail salon and unfortunately had a poor experience. The staff came across as unprofessional and not very welcoming, which made the visit uncomfortable.
I would recommend trying Alice Nails & Spa just down the road instead — I’ve found the staff there to be friendly and professional, and they usually accommodate walk-ins without needing to book.

I love this salon. Not only does it feel like you are on holiday, with the help of music and decor, the ladies are really lovely . You get a proper appointment and it's not rushed.

I had a really upsetting experience getting a wax here. From the moment I walked in, the technician made comments about my body that felt unnecessary and judgmental, which immediately made me uncomfortable. Instead of being professional and reassuring, they pointed out things in a way that felt critical and embarrassing. The whole appointment felt rushed and impersonal, and I didn’t feel cared for at all. By the end, I was so overwhelmed and insecure that I actually left in tears. I’ve never felt that way after a treatment before, and it’s really shaken my confidence. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and respectful experience.

Hi darlings, it was a great experience but a nail tech bit my nail and didn’t even fix where she bit it. I just want to make sure that your nail techs don’t normally eat nails and eat there own food x

Just back from a nail builder and a neck back and shoulder massage both done by Layla,I can't recommend this lady enough,she is so nice makes you feel really special,and completely at ease.Both my nails and massage were excellent.Already booked for next month to make sure I can get an appointment with her.⭐️⭐️

went for a spa pedicure with gel polish. looks great! easy process to book online, only £35! the staff are nice and direct. good experience :) my mums been for a wax here before and also had a lovely time
