First visit and it will be my last. Sloppy, uneven smile lines and the base colour is dull. 2 of my nails have bubbles and my skin is red raw from the acetone. Woman next to me asked for sparkly pink tips and was straight up told no. Avoid

Guys please avoid at all costs!!! I came into the nail salon simply just wanting a French tip on my own real nails but had to get my builder gel taken off first. (This usually takes half an hour) When I usually go into this salon it’s a quick drill and file and then the builder gel is applied. This older man that works in the salon started drilling at my nails which was the usual process and then All the builder gel was off. Then he gets a bowl over with clear stuff in it? I don’t usually have this but … he is a nail technician so he must know best. Im sitting and I put my hands it , it it slowly started to sting after a while and that’s when I lifted my hands out then I thought… surely that’s not acetone. You shouldn’t put acetone on bare natural nails. My hands were under this towel dangling about the bowl scared to put them back in. He comes over lifts the towel and I see layers of my nail sitting on top of all my nails as if it HAS been acetone and it’s peeled layers of my nails off!!! After getting BIAB for a long time from there and my nails were super strong and long, I was so upset. Then he begins to drill my nails AGAIN!!! 40 mins must of passed and he was still drilling!! My poor nails began to get really sore and stingy and began to get really red. I said to the man “when I usually come into this salon , it’s a quick drill and then the builder gel is put on and then the colour, why are you still drilling” he ignored and began looking at my nails confused as if he hasn’t completely damaged and ruined my real nails! He then asks “are they sore” yes! They were stinging and in so much pain. My hands started shaking because they were so nippy. You have sat drilling my nails for 40 minutes! Then I became appalled. He then brought out the bowl of acetone.. again! And was going to soak my own real nails in it again!!! I felt sick. I had to stop him to say “no I do not need acetone” he walked away and then I started sobbing quietly in my chair because of the pain. The woman came over 20 minutes later to finish them. Even at the end while she was filing them again it was so so sore. I have never received such bad bad service in a nail salon ever and it makes me even more sad that these are for my holiday, and to top it off the woman charged me full price for my nails! What ? Full price after your colleague had just damaged a clients full set of nails!!! After a year of growing and strengthening my nails the whole process has been completely ruined by this individual. He should NOT be touching or trusted to do anyone’s nails as when I’ve been in before I had a bad experience with him before also but i put it past me as it was just a small one. But my goodness. This man has to go and take a few courses to learn how to do nails or stand at the back taking peoples cash because this kind of service is not ok! I then messaged my old friend that used to be a nail technician because my nails were so thin and felt like they were going to snap any minute and my nails hadn’t felt like that in years!! and sent her a picture of them all red and she said “they have been drilled far too much you’re nails are so damaged, nothing will really help unless you apply oil to give them some moisture” I wouldn’t recommend this place to a soul!! You are meant to leave these places happy that you’ve just had you’re nails done, don’t make the same mistake I did. Please guys don’t give these people your money.

I have been going to this salon for well over a year now and have always had a fantastic service and always been happy with my nails. Anytime I have given them a picture they are ALWAYS able to do it like for like unless I ask for changes!

The spa pedicure is also soo good and the calf massage at the end is an added bonus !

Terrible they couldn’t do my first design and the second one looked nothing like the inspo pic, don’t go here it was 22 pounds for a piece of dog poo. When the man buffed my nails he was doing it so hard the tip of my finger started to bleed. Bare in mind they speak barely any English.

Nails were nothing like what I wanted and when I said the colour wasn’t what I wanted he huffed and looked away every time I spoke to explain what colour I was after he just couldn’t be annoyed listening to me, he got a Cotten pad wiped it away and then went over it witch then left my nail all patchy wasn’t a very great experience and I tried to say I still wasn’t happy because the french tips their was some thicker than others but they were more interested in getting to the next customer I just paid and left definitely won’t return if they’d a been nice enough just to fix it and not been so rude disgusting behaviour first time going and it will be my last

got my nails done here last week looks nothing like the reference photo, wrong colours, wrong shape, the underneath of my nails are bumpy and we’re not filed down properly, I called them explaining the situation and I would just like a refund. refused a refund, terrible customer service.
