do not go to theale nail bar,the man doing my nails cut my finger an actual chunk off and it was bleeding for the whole appointment, the nails turned out wonky and the art on them is terrible and streaky, the nails feel extremely flimsy and for how long it took them to do it should not have been that bad,i got these nails done yesterday they should not be coming off after a day.there was no discount for him cutting me and he didn’t even clean the nail before adding on the acrylic which by the way was literally sliding off the nail like water,he was also really rough when cutting the cuticles,he clearly has no clue what he’s doing at all.

Lovely set of nails done here. Had to go back for a very minor correction the following day but they saw me quickly and didn't hesitate to help. Great having a nail bar on the high street.

Very poor customer service. No real manicure and only took 15 minutes. Had to request my nails to be filed. A real shame.

Expensive and very poor service. I was in an out in literally 20mn. Vouloir was poorly applied and everything was rushed. I am confident I will need to have my nails done again in less than 2 weeks because no professional care was given. I would be surprised if the salon lasts.

poor service. came in with my friend at 15:05 for her appointment at 15:15. however she only got seated at 16:00, they ignored us for the whole 50 minutes even though she should’ve had priority as she booked. she called in the day before and they said infills were £25 however he changed his mind and now said they were £30 and the £5 off deal was on tuesday and wednesday, but didn’t think to make her aware of that before hand. eventually was able to get them to charge her £25. he handled her hands very aggressively even after she said it was painful. he looked away multiple times whilst using the drill, and it was practically drilling her skin instead of the nail. used cuticle cutters roughly and again cut her skin on the nail bed instead of the cuticle. wouldnt recommend

Had my nails done here today and I am so so thrilled. Excellent quality and great price. I am very hard to please so I'm very excited about this nail bar being on my doorstep!

I have just had my first visit to the new nail salon in Theale, I had a little bit of a wait as went on a Saturday and did not pre book, however, this gave me plenty of time to enjoy watching the staff work and clearly enjoy there job. The lady I saw took great care of me and checked I was happy all the way through.
