Just moved to the area and looking for new nail salon. I'd booked an appointment the day before, when I turned up a guy was very unprofessionally scrolling his phone on the pedicure chair. After they realised I actually had an appointment and I explained I wanted no hard gel, he proceeded to react quite rudely, then tried to give me hard gel, at which point another customer even tried to step in to explain. After I got the gel colour, I said should I expect it to last two weeks, he said 3-4 weeks if looked after. I noticed patches as soon as I got home (got a glitter) and they have chipped after 3 days! I've never had that with any other salon gel.

First time going to Emma Nails and will definitely be back!
Also first time getting a pedicure and it was so worth it, the soak and massage was lovely.
Nails look beautiful and he was so attentive and checked them thoroughly, I am in love with them ☺️

I have been coming here for months now for both hands and feet and can safely say not once have I been left disappointed. Would highly recommend, everyone is so kind helpful and professional and was also amazing with my tween daughter for her holiday nails.

See you all again soon x

First time visiting Emma’s Nails and we now won’t be going anywhere else. Such a fab service! I called at 4pm to see if they could fit us in and they gave us an appointment for 5pm and even though they close at 6:30pm, they didn’t rush at all and closed half an hour later. Mine, my daughter’s and her friend’s nails all look even better than the photos we found on Pinterest. Will not be going anywhere else now! Thank you! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I’ve been to Emma nails a handful of times now and every time they’re incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. The nails last for a long time and look lovely.

I’ve been twice to get my nails done at Emma Nails now and I’ve been so happy with both visits. First visit was gel colour on my natural nails, hands and toes which were fantastic and lasted so long. Second visit was this evening, gel french tip on natural nails, hands and toes which are amazing. I also saw some nail art on acrylic nails which a girl was getting done next to me which also looked amazing. Customer service was great, with water, tea or coffee offered. Don’t hesitate to visit and support this great local business in Tilehurst.
