Sophie has been my nail tech for about a year now and OMG!! She is amazing!!! I always have some weird and wonderful requests of artwork and sophie smashes it every time! Even if I don’t have any inspiration sophie will freestyle her own creativity accustomed to me and my style and she does the most amazing job - I trust her fully with my nail designs! I have gel X extensions and they’re done beautifully every time! They last me weeks which is fantastic as I work with my hands all day. Her attention to detail and her in depth knowledge really shows in all of our appointments. My natural nails have gotten so much stronger since seeing sophie and I cannot recommend her services enough!

Oh and her massages are to die for! I get tense shoulders and sophie works her magic on me and really helps to loosen me up and feel more comfortable whilst also offering a relaxing vibe in her massage room.

All round experience is 100/10 - thank you sophie! You’re amazing at everything you do! Definitely recommend x

Wanted French tip nails. She booked a 1.5 hr appointment. Left with no French, only neutral colour 4 HOURS later! Technician was unable to use TGB BIAB properly: unable to create an apex on each nail; applied 3 coats (instead of the 2 we’d agreed on) in failed attempts to do so. Kept blaming her inability to do so on the poor condition of my nails then finally admitted it was because she’d not done apexes since her training (years ago) as she’d had no call for them. BIAB application was uneven (blobs of paint, uneven surfaces, pooling by cuticles with ugly high points, dips & gaps). Nail prep was poor: remnants of previous dark brown gel are still showing on sides of light pink nails. Did not cap the tips despite showing her that previous gel had worn off in 3 days at nail tips which she said was because they’d not been ‘capped’. Did not correct visible mismatch in nail lengths between right/left hand (she forgot). Did not correct nail shapes on right hand (nails had more curve on one side than the other) - she kept filing the side that was overly curved until I stopped her. A colleague showed me some nail art she had done. It was nice - but the art was done on false nails which had been “stuck on with TGB BIAB”. So I’m guessing she’s good in that respect but would not use her again for TGB BIAB.

I had a wonderful pedicure and a facial with Sophie.She was very professional, friendly and meticulous. The massage was superb and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment.

Sophie is not only incredibly talented, but also such a lovely person to spend time with. From the moment you sit down, she makes you feel so welcome and relaxed. My appointments feel more like catching up with a friend than a nail appointment.

Sophie takes her time to make sure every detail is perfect, and the results are always absolutely stunning. The colour selection is great and she uses such lovely products that are gentle on the nail and my nails have never been stronger or looked better - they’re flawless!

Sophie has such a great eye and clearly loves what she does. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. Thank you, Sophie, for making me feel fabulous!

Sophie gives a great massage. She manages to relieve all the stress and tension in the muscles gently. She’s brilliant. Recommend a 60 mins classic massage if you have the time.

I had a fantastic facial treatment with Sophie recently, my skin felt fantastic afterwards and she uses lovely gentle products that still did a thorough job! The massage was amazing, particularly the facial massage.
