Absolutely disappointed!! I called and made an appointment for half 3. I attended and the salon was shut with a note on the door to say call me I’ve gone to Aldi. I called and they told me I was early and come back tomorrow I said no I have no time to come back tomorrow. I asked when they would be back and they proceeded to put the phone down on me. I called back and ignored…what’s the point of booking an appointment if you aren’t going to stick to it. Shocked

My granddaughter wanted her nails done for her holiday, I decided to try here, my honest review, extremely clean nail salon and pleasant friendly welcoming staff, the work put in to the design was perfect and my granddaughter is absolutely in love with her nails

I’m a visitor to this lovely village. I found out this nails spa and this is the best place ever for my nails. Nails have been my things for years but hardly any of technicians is skilful enough to build such a shape like this lady. Highly recommend!

went to get a plain black set at the beginning of June, cut my fingers open three times with the nail file and then put the alcohol into them, the pain was unbelievable and I was just bleeding everywhere, it was an absolute mess, and after the appointment she said it was my fault as my vitamin levels were low in my blood? absolutely horrendous and so painful

absolutely rubbish. i booked my appointment for 12, when i go there all the waiting seats where taken and the staff asked me to come back in 20 minutes so i did, but still ended up waiting 2 hours before anyone started on my nails. Ridiculous, never going back. Also my simple nail design of french tips with 2 santa hats was awful they where not the same at all it looked asif a child had done them. Dont go.

We booked in for 10:30am, we turned up at 10:20 and said we had booked and they had forgotten we booked and took 2 walks ins instead and made us wait until 11:30 for 1 and 12pm for the other, we said we had somewhere booked on the phone but was in no rush to see us even though we had booked!! nails were awful too. never again

Really great quality nails and design, went for an infill but it took around 1.5hrs because I wanted nail art and the lady was a perfectionist and I’m so glad!
Such lovely people too, cannot recommend enough! X
