Called as a new customer to see if they had any availability for a hair appointment for that week. I was abruptly told no, and before I could enquire further for another time, the lady I spoke to had basically put the phone down on me! Clearly you don’t need any new customers!

Owner Response:

Hi Lucy thank you for your review. I'm very sorry that this is how you felt. We didn't have any availability for this week, and after that was said I thought you had said ok no worries, I wouldn't of put the phone down if I had heard you still on the line, as I actually said thank you and goodbye. We are not taking on any new clients at the moment. Sorry we could not be of any assistance
