I had a really bad experience at this beauty salon.

As soon as I walked in, I got uncomfortable looks from the staff and the whole place had a very unwelcoming, mean-girl high school vibe. It didn’t feel friendly or professional at all.

The staff were also talking loudly about their personal lives, and I even heard them talking about clients after they left, which felt very disrespectful.

I also didn’t like how my nails turned out, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

This place is amazing, I have nails, toes, Botox, lip filler, skin booster and today I had microneedling & dermaplane, my daughter also has nails and eye lashes here and I can honestly say it’s the best ! The staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

I wanted my nails done and had a walk in appointment last week. Unfortunately I’ve had some lift near the cuticle of my builder gel and actually don’t want to return to have it fixed because whilst it’s a great location and lovely set up, some of the staff in there aren’t professional unfortunately, one was talking about topics proudly that I think should stay outside the salon. It was just a background conversation full of profanities. Shame really because had it not been for that I’d have probably gone back and done so regularly. The girl who did my nails was only young and didn’t speak much and I get the impression she herself was embarrassed, the lady who was swearing was a bit older and was at the far end of the salon. I get the younger generation will talk in particular ways, but not all of us want to hear about your partners lifestyle or a tirade of swearing.

I attended a course with Sarah today for Foundation anti wrinkle and have previously trained in Lash extensions and lash lift with Sarah. Her knowledge is outstanding, it was a full day course and through out the day everything was covered with every last detail. Sarah is so friendly and relatable. She will honestly root for you more than you root for yourself. Thank you so much Sarah I look forward to my future courses with you. I highly recommend training with Sarah!

my first visit here was a great experience! Michelle did a wonderful job and worked really hard to give me the intricate design i wanted on my acrylics. i’m very happy with the quality of my nails and friendly service, so will definitely be a returning customer :)

Not a good experience at all, nails have chipped after few days and one has come off, some stuck on wonky, not painted how I asked / showed picture of, really not happy . The pedicure isn’t neat, asked for gel got normal nail polish wouldn’t use again.

I've been going to inspired nails for a good few months now, and each time I've been highly satisfied not just with how my nails turn out but also with my aesthetic appointments.
Sarah takes her time with my nails and my fat dissolving sessions, with pictures being taken of the latter to mark progress.
My nails always look lovely and they have grown so much thanks to Sarah's recommendation to have biab nails!

I am very happy with the service Sarah provides and shall continue to go to inspired nails for both aesthetic and nail treatments

Loved coming in here to have my Halloween nails done with Calice she did an amazing job, it was like artwork. My nails lasted weeks and i was complimented everywhere i went. warm welcoming shop atmosphere. looking forward to returning :)
