Not giving 5 stars though because having a 20 ish minute wait despite booking an appointment was a tad annoying. Also cash only 🙃 but there were reliable 🏧 nearby.

Google Salon is nicely decorated, however salon employees are really rude. I didn’t get a chance to confirm whether I liked the colour which in a lot of salons I get that, and when they finished then they asked me if I like the colour, which I didn’t but to change it I have to pay extra £10 pounds which is ridiculous never again, some of the nails are thick as well

When you visited our salon, you chose an acrylic nail set with gel colour. This was your personal choice, and our staff carefully confirmed it with you before starting. As part of our standard process, we always apply and show the colour on one nail first and ask if you are happy with it before continuing. On this occasion, you confirmed that you liked the colour and were satisfied.
After the service was completed, you mentioned that you were not happy with the colour you had selected and asked to change it. Normally, the cost for a colour change is £23. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a heavily discounted price of £10.
You also mentioned in your review that several nails were too thick. This is not accurate. At the time of your visit, you only pointed out that two nails felt slightly thick, while confirming the rest were fine. Our staff immediately corrected those two nails for you, and you did not raise any further concerns before leaving.
We take customer service very seriously, and we do not accept the claim that our staff were rude or that they did not check with you regarding the colour, as this is not accurate. We must also clearly state that the statements made in your review do not reflect what actually happened and are not truthful.
We always strive to provide a professional and respectful service, and we believe honesty is important for both our business and our customers. Given this situation, we feel it may be best for you to seek services elsewhere in the future.

Google I've been today for the 3rd time, love the new look of the salon. The boys are very professional and fast, the quality of the acrylic very good, I've had my nails for 6 weeks and still looked perfect 💅. The final result is always...just perfect. Love my nails...fantastic job.👍

Google Really disappointed with my recent experience at a nail salon. my daughter had acrylics done on Monday, needed two repairs within days, and now two nails have completely fallen off.
This isn’t what I’d expect from a professional service, especially when acrylics should last a couple of weeks. I’ve reached out to the salon to give them a chance to resolve it, but all they will do is repair and I have lost faith in them. I asked for a full or partial refund and they wouldn’t even consider this.
Very disappointing and would not recommend if I could give a -2 I would.

Google Great salon. I've only been twice once for gel polish and second removal of gel plus reapplication of gel and they are very quick and efficient. Took less than 20 minutes to remove colour and reapply. Very happy

Google Okay I will say the design is absolutely stunning and they did an amazing job BUT i feel like I was upcharged by ALOT. A regular French tip on there website is 40 pounds . I also had a design Which made the service 55 pounds Which seemed abit much for a flower on each finger . Regardless it is done beautifully but I’m not sure if worth the price 😢
