I recently completed 3 1-1 courses with Hayley, who was really informative, patient and supportive.
I had never painted with gel previously so was a complete beginner but had the desire to learn something new that I could hopefully turn into a business.
I would definitely recommend training with Hayley, I found it a fun, friendly and informal learning experience in a professional space and really enjoyed my days in the studio with her.
Hayley has also been happy to answer any questions I’ve had since which feels reassuring as a complete beginner to feel supported.

The best salon I’ve ever been to. It genuinely feels like going to a friend’s house every time. Not only is the quality of the work impeccable, but the team are absolutely amazing!!
Illy delivers incredible nails time and time again. She really understands my vision, brings it to life, and even helps me out when I’m stuck for ideas.

I have just completed e-file training 121 with Hayley. From first contact, through to booking, paying and finally attending, Hayley was right there to guide and support me. I knew exactly where I was going on the day, what to bring etc. Hayley is warm and welcoming and made me feel instantly at ease and was also very good at steering me back on course when I would go off on a tangent. I was super nervous at first, but in no time at all I was getting the hang of it and realised its not so scary. Hayley answered all of my questions and has offered ongoing support and a follow up call. I will be going back to brush up on BIAB and nail art.

Having originally trained 20 years ago but never pursuing due to not having the confidence to leave my full time career in IT at the time, I recently decided to get up to speed and change career direction once and for all. I retrained at a well known academy, investing a sizeable amount of money and several weekends of travel. The classrooms were full and access to an educator was really difficult. It resulted in leaving ‘qualified’ but not really confident in what I was doing. This later started to show when clients would leave with beautiful looking nails and then be back shortly after with curing and lifting issues. It was sole destroying as I’m a real perfectionist. Almost ready to give up I came across By Hayle one to one sessions. My family encouraged me to give it a try. WOW….. talk about reignite the fire in my belly. A day with exclusive access to frankly the best educator I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting, guiding me on every critical aspect of nail care and application, every penny well spent. Hayley is so patient, skilled beyond words and explains everything she does in a way you can remember. Without Hayley I’d have given up on bringing my little dream alive. Thanks to By Hayle I’ve got my confidence back and beyond excited to get back to my lovely clients and give them the By Hayle magic!! Anyone wondering if spending the money on a 121 session is worth it, it is….200% trust me!!
