Edit: it’s 14 days after the gel manicure and 5 of my nails have cracked. 💔💔💔💔

☹️I feel bad writing this, but I wouldn’t want someone else to have my experience. They don’t do refunds for a bad job, will only give you a manicure again.

I went in for a gel colour but on 12th June and the result was okay and I loved the matte finish.
Unfortunately on 14th 2 nail colours cracked and they offered to do these two again so I went in again on 16th and they redid those.
Unfortunately, on 20th another 2 nail colours (1 was redone only 4 days ago) cracked; then the day after another one. ☹️
When I first went in to get the initial 2 nails fixed, they said it sometimes happens; but 5 nails cracking in only a week and a half can’t be “sometimes happens”?

I messaged the salon again for a refund to find a new place and get nails redone, but they said they don’t do refunds and offered to do a new set free (which is nice but it feels like the colour will crack again and I’m back to 0). I was leaving town for months and there’s no way I couldve gone in which I explained (they answered Friday afternoon and I was leaving Sunday, theyre closed on weekends). I really wanted to like this place as other reviews were positive and I want to support local, but now I’m just really sad.

Really great nails, every time. I’ve had a few appointments now and every single time my nails are fabulous. Great nail tech, quick, good attention to detail and so reasonably priced. He will always try and fit your appointment in, super helpful and lots of lovely colours to choose from. Highly recommended

Just had a pedicure here and they did a wonderful job. Loads of colours to choose from, super friendly and a really lovely pedicure (doesn’t take AGES and is super relaxing). I’ll definitely be going back for a manicure soon!!
