Thank you Kirsty for my beautiful nails! You can tell she has many years experience and with that, lots of knowledge! I wouldn't go to anyone else for my nails. They are perfect!
Thank you again 🫶🏻

Ellie was absolutely lovely. We had a really good laugh and she made me feel so welcome. I felt like I was a regular customer. She waxed and tinted my brows and then offered to fix my gel nail that I had done somewhere else... matching the colour really well!!

Thank you Ellie. Your customer service alone will bring me back ❤️

Only my third visit but its so friendly compared to previous salon I used and my nails last and last. Back in work today and had so many lovely comments on my nails from customers. Really pleased.

Absolutely shocking service! Booked for 12:00 for my spray tan appointment. I needed this tan for very expensive photoshoot I have booked and can't reschedule now. 12:33 I am still waiting and when I am finally seen they told me nothing its set up if I can come other time! I have booked also half day off work and too busy to come back. Now I am wasted half day, petrol and lots of money for my photo shoot ! Avoid at all costs!

Today was the first time visiting The Pink Room and I'll 100% be returning. I was welcomed and made to feel like I had been a regular customer for years. Katy done my nails beautifully and I left the salon feeling amazing.
