First time visiting, had BIAB gel nails and extensions, with a french manicure finish, and was really pleased with the result! Already booked for next appointment. Everyone was really nice and friendly too.

Booked for BIAB nails priced at £28 but because I had nail varnish on top I was charged an extra £6 not advised until went to pay so total of £34 which i wasn't happy about really. Not sure if this is a competitive price for that as don't have my nails done all the time was over 12 months ago last time. Nice staff good nails but need to be more upfront about any additional costs .

I started off with gel then progressed onto builder gel for length x

I have been going to redefined for nails, lashes, brows for around 2/3 years now after being recommended by a friend. I’m always pleased walking out of redefined. I usually get pampered by Kym who is an absolute gem and takes her time making sure I get exactly what I want and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my experience. I’ve always been greeted by a friendly face. Every single one of the girls are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’m always raving about redefined to multiple friends and family members who are now frequent customers. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with these services xx

I have been having my nails done by Kym for nearly 2 years now and I am never disappointed. Here is just a small selection of all the different nails we have done. I love the hour of pampering and our catch ups. The salon is lovely and all the girls are very welcoming and talented! No complaints! ❤️

I’ve been going to redefined for my nails done since it opened. I have never been disappointed and have had my nails done by all the girls in there. They are all fabulous. I have such a good laugh as well as catching up with everyone. Wouldn’t ever go anywhere else , Kath Boz xx

All the girls are lovely, chatty and friendly and will always help decide what nails I want to go for. I recently got my eyelashes done here too and I absolutely love them! Would highly recommend :)
