Went in for gel polish. Not a great experience. Booked two days in advance but it made no difference as it was just first come first serve, so don't bother making an appointment. I had to wait forty minutes.
Nail technician was serving two other people at the same time and rushed my nails. Nails were very scratchy and I had to refile them when I left. I definitely needed another coat as you can still see my natural nail underneath.
Like some other reviews have said, they seem to be more focused on serving as many people as possible and as quickly as possible and not giving much care and attention.
For the price they charge I can get a manicure, gel polish (and it's just a small thing) but they actually massage the cuticle oil in rather than just putting a few dots on and walking away (didn't say finished, I didn't even get to say thank you, very abrupt). They seemed really understaffed, three technicians to about eight customers.
My sister also went with me and they accidentally painted her nails the wrong colour, apologised, but then didn't change to the right colour. Also gave her a different price to what they said at the till.

takeing very long to do the nails,after i said i only would like a infill they took of my nails and try to add the acrylic on top of my real nail after i said there was no nail for them to add acrylic on top they still done it and by the end all of the acrylic was stuff down the back of my real nails

Usually always come here for my gel nails and brows but sadly im not sure if ill be returning. Came in for nails done before my holiday on sun 12th. The man doing my nails kept forcing my hand down into the lamp when my hand was already firmly in there and did nothing with my cuticles. Less than 24hrs later i had my first chip in my nail and i hadnt even made it on holiday and ever since the others have all started to chip. So wasnt an isolated incident. My friend who had hers done at the same time also had a chip within 24hrs and i felt bad that i reccomended she came here. I also reccomended this place to my mam as well but ill be telling her to reconsider as ive lost all confidence. Only reason for the 2nd star is that theyre very good at brows. But overall very disappointed

Obsessed with my nails! 😍 The staff was so welcoming, offered me something to drink made sure I was comfortable, and they absolutely nailed the design I asked for. Everything was done with such care and attention to detail. Left feeling so happy! Highly recommend! 💅✨

Overpriced and didn’t even put the builder gel on the full nail properly, there are gaps around the cuticle. Would definitely not recommended.

I've got my nails done here ever since moving to Newcastle and they're great! A bit more expensive than the other nail shop in the Metrocentre but I do think the quality is better! Always really friendly too ☺️
