so... where do I begin? they were quite rough when doing the initial filing after they applied the acrylic, I mean, bending my fingers in ways that were reallu painful. they also didnt give any warning before they started jabbing at the cuticle with their own fingernails. one of the ladies used an already used filing peice (which are supposed to be single use). my hand was repeatedly bent and jabbed in ways that left me in a fair bit of pain, the person who applied my acrylic got acrylic stuck to my fingers and I had to actually peel it off of my hands, and my hands are left red and itchy due to how much got up my fingers. the nail techs repeatedly walked away, again no warning. when it came to my design on my nails, all was going well..until I saw the paint job. the stripes on my nails are uneven, wonky, and all different widths and not even close to straight. the stars i got also aren't centred, aren't neat, and there's spots of missing polish and extremely visible brush strokes. I feel like if im paying £50 to get my nails done, I shouldn't be left in pain or with a poor paint job. they can do French tips beautifully, but not other things it seems. its quite upsetting as you pay a lot of money for people to rush and charge extreme prices.

I've been here a few times over the past few months and honestly I wont be back. The woman that did my acrylics this latest time had a bit of an attitude and was rough. I had to ask for my nails to be shorter and when I asked about the shape (she never asked me which shape I wanted) she shoved my hand up with a snotty look. Then when she asked if my shape was good and I said yes, she carried on with the process, then went back and started sanding them again! She's sanded so far down the side of my natural nail that its making the nail look wonky on multiple fingers and they're tender to touch. This wasnt super visible to myself until I got my nail colour on but as a nail technician they would have seen under the light the nails didnt match. Very disappointed.
I have seen other reviews saying that its intimidating in there which I totally agree, horrible atmosphere.
Think id rather pay the extra and go somewhere that doesnt punish a customer for asking what they want/pay for.

I won't be returning. I asked them to take off my old gels and put new gels on with a manicure and no pedicure. She took my money and then gave me a ticket but it just said gels. When I went to the station I said I also asked for a manicure and the other lady at another station said they dont do that. They put me with a man who didnt speak a word of English and put my hands in some sort of chemical that dried my skin out completely.

Then a lady came over and asked how I would like my nails, I said short and she laughed at me. She said they are short and tou want shorter? I said yes as I play guitar and cant play with long nails. She blasted the old gels off which burnt some of my nails as she kept the tool on too long then pulled out the cuticles making 2 of my nail beds bleed. Said they dont do manicures, but she shaped, buffed and took the cuticles out. Thats what a manicure is.

She didnt tell me to wash my hands after either but she told me to go to another station for gels. Once I was at the gel station she asked me to wash my hands but didnt show me. Luckily I saw someone over at the station otherwise I would of been clueless. The lady who does the nails are their saving grace as she was absolutely lovely. So friendly, chatty, giggling, she even stopped the bleeding for me before putting on my colour. She was absolutely wonderful.

Honestly, it was a like a conveyor belt, its not personal, its an "in and out" kinda situation, you feel like cattle. It wasn't a pleasant experience. 3 days later and my 2 fingers that they made bleed are still sore.

I will definitely be making appointments with my propper nail technician in advance going forward.

Had a great experience getting my acrylic nails done here. All 4 staff I dealt with were very polite and friendly, I had a really nice chat while I was here and a good laugh too. Each person took a lot of care with my nails and took plenty of time and attention with the gel french tip.
Didn’t need an appointment and had little to no wait for my nails to be started, which was a nice surprise.
I hadn’t been here in approximately 5+ years, and I really think the level of service now is great and the staff members are super. Really pleased and will definitely continue to come back here now ⭐️

I went to get my nails done for Valentine’s Day, and it was my first time going here so I was unsure of what to expect as I have always used a nail bar in my hometown.
From the moment I walked into that nail salon to the moment I walked out, I hated it. And I’m going to tell you why.

First off, the prices are absolutely insane for work that is done by 3+ different people. £42 for some french tips! But if I wanted design on my nails it was going to be an extra £15!!! Baring in mind, I could’ve went to my local one and got any design, any nails, etc for a set price of £40/£42. The man who did my nails was really rough. He has over-filed the sides of my nails (my actual nails) and they have been super sore since. My acrylic nails have already started coming off/lifting. whereas normally any other acrylic nails would last 4+ weeks without lifting or coming off. The man didn’t speak to me at all neither so I had no idea what to expect.

After the man had filed my nails, he pointed to a lady; who I add was doing her own nails(very unprofessional in my opinion); and he told me to go sit there - didn’t mention anything about washing my hands or where to wash them. When I walked over to the woman she abruptly told me to wash my hands, not showing me where to go. This woman had been talking to her last client but, when I had got there she was very quiet and abrupt. She seemed very rude the way she was talking and she had no manners whatsoever. The design took about 5 minutes, which is fine but, the service here is absolutely horrendous.

The experience was horrible! The customer service from these workers is absolutely shocking, the acrylic nails don’t last, and the prices are ridiculous. The whole conveyor belt sort-of feeling order in the nail salon is awful. It might work for the workers but, not the customers; especially when it’s their first time! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my entire life. And,
never ever have I had to pay before I get my nails.

Will not be coming back here again. If I was you, I’d avoid this place at all costs!

Got my nails done for the first time here today as a gift. The nails are absolutely gorgeous but the whole process was weird, bizarre, and anxiety provoking.

We went in spoke to the lady at the front desk who gave us a ticket, the process ended up feeling like I was part of a conveyor belt. Three different people did the filing, applying, then the pink stuff. Throughout they were quite rough with my hands and around my thumb is super sore even now hours later. One lady who did the final part of the filing took multiple phone calls throughout and I was only sat with her for around five minutes. It was quite rude icl.

The fourth lady did the nail painting and she is the saving grace of this review. Mint crack and when I told her it was my first time getting my nails done she gave advice about what would work.

May be back, may not be back.

Terrible system waiting for one lady to prep the nails then being sent to someone else to get them painted and being left sitting there for ages! The lady also cut my cuticle and left me bleeding while still trying to do the nail. It has also been 2 days and my gel has already chipped! Would not recommend!
