Disgusting. Have came to this nail bar for 1-2 years now always been good service and good nails but recently have went down me and my family were in there a couple days ago which 2 of us got a soild colour and my mam asked for oval which ine said would be fine but then this young woman who was wearing grey tracksuit with the American flag on short hair came over to do the nails and said to my mam that she couldnt do it for because they were too short but could leave them till next time and they would be long enough to do oval and then was talking about my mam to the older woman who is normally nice ( we believe this to be the owner ) and were laughing and clearly talking about her. We are disgusted and will not be returning as this has completely turned us off coming back by the way they go on about there cilents it makes us think you dont even want a business because this is awful you have lost 4 customers now who pay near enough 50-70 pound per set twice a month. Id like to say the only ones who seem to be respectful is the young lad who had dyed blonde hair and his sister who normally do my designs and do not rush them.

Owner Response:

Hi, I hope you well, Sorry for the missunderstanding. First of all, I have to say that I think we have some misunderstanding here, we never talked bad about any customers in our salon, sometimes we just having a little chit chat while working about our story and laugh about it, but we never talked bad about anyone. We respect everyone come to our salon and treat our customers with our best behaviour and we always try to make sure that all the customers having a great experience after leaving our salon. So, this is an extremely missunderstanding and we are really really sorry about it. If you have time, could you PLS contact this number: 07848483987 (the older woman is our manager and this is her phone number), and we can discuss more about this misunderstanding. Thanks
