Google My nails are lovely but I pay different prices nearly every time I go. £2/£3 for the most smallest amount of gel Polish to be taken off 1 of my little toes. while I understand nail art and dimonds ect..but i feel like there is no consistency around pricing, I have been going here since it opened but I will be looking some where else now as they are charging £5 extra for long nails which i have never been charged before, so infills are £28 with gel Polish, now paying £33 for infills on my natural nails, they also dont tell you that the person doing your nails are training, I get it, they need to learn but I think its a lot of money for someone just training, and it took longer.

Hi lovely, thank you for your feedback and support since we opened.
I’m really sorry if the extra charge wasn’t clearly explained before your appointment — we understand this may have caused frustration. Our long nail charge has always been £5 extra, although sometimes I reduce it to £3 or don’t charge it at all when we’re not too busy.
Longer overlay nails do take more time to reshape and rebalance properly, and during your recent appointment extra time was needed to achieve the best result possible.
I’d also like to clarify that the person who did your nails was actually the salon owner with 8 years of experience, not a trainee.
We always try our best to look after our clients and would never intentionally overcharge. We also regularly repair nails free of charge within 1–2 weeks, although many salons normally charge around £3–£5 per nail for repairs.
As a gesture of goodwill, I’d love to offer you £5 off your next appointment . We truly value you as a long-term client and hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back and make things right.

Google The best nail salon in Newcastle! Absolutely love my nails! I’ve been coming to glossy nails for a while now and they always last 3/4 weeks plus the staff are so attentive and friendly. Can’t recommend enough.

Google Relaxing deluxe Pedicure today was bliss for a pregnant lady. Second time I have been. The salon is immaculate the staff are very friendly. I love the massage chairs, the foot massage was truly lovely nearly fell asleep in there. The gel pedicure lasts over a month without a chip. I don't think I'd go anywhere else .
