Avoid at all costs!
Make prices up as they go along, £3 to change nail shape. The nail technican did not speak English, I asked for a clear pink base, she applied a bright pink. When I asked it to be changed she said it would be a further £10. Literally just scamming people out of money. Avoid at all costs. Every single month it is something different. I honestly don’t how they are still trading.

The place was nice and clean however I am very unhappy with my nails and the service provided, my acrylics are very uneven, done way too thick and the tips are sloppy as you can see the brush strokes in them. The staff were not friendly or inviting and just waved me over to the chair when I came in, I asked for black and green ombré nails which is a very simple design only 2 colours, however they didn’t know how to do ombré, so I suggested black tips instead, I got charged £40 altogether for these nails which is an absolute scam as the quality of them is shocking. Besides that there was a customer waiting for an hour while I was there to get a service done which the staff completely ignored to the point the person had to ask to be serviced after waiting for an hour when staff were available to take them. Then another customer came in asking for advice on weather they should get acrylic or biab, she wanted biab but they completely ignored her when she explained this to them so she ended up getting acrylics to be easy even though that’s not what she wanted. I wish I was a confident enough person to ask for a refund but unfortunately I am not and that is now £40 down the drain for nails I absolutely hate, would not recommend this place, I came here because it had 5 star reviews however I am highly disappointed

Just returned from my 2 week Summer Holiday…my acrylics have neither chipped nor broken. Will definitely return again!
Would also recommend the foot spa pedicure, it got my feet beautifully ready for my sandals.

Love this place. The staff are brilliant and give 1st class service. Never had a nail drop off or chip but most off all the painted French tip never wears off over time which I have found at other nail bars.would highly recommend.

Staff are lovely and super talented at nails! The shaping and nail art are great and my nail tech was very helpful helping me decide what shape/ base colour to go for. Gorgeous shop defo recommend!
