Always on their phones when we pay good money for nails to be done, always walk out the shop with a mark on my nails, my nails were chipped and I realised after walking out of the shop, they complained about having to re-do them.

1st : we affirm that we always work with the utmost seriousness. We don’t deny that we used the phone but we only answer the phone when it’s urgent call or necessary.
2nd : that not make sense when you said you just found some chipped when you walked out of the shop . We could confirm that we always try to do everything best to all our clients. And we have warranty policy if you have any problems within 3 days we will
repair and never mind about the fees although that is our fault or your fault .

Moreover with our experience and knowledge we know that our fault or your . Be honest and trustful . we have never refused revisions .
3rd: if you spend much money for nails pls
Let take care for them carefully

Very disappointed. Gel taken off. Also asked for manicure and natural nails painted. Clipped nails with clippers, didn't file the edges.. so nails were sharp. Just didnt feel like a manicure. Just nails clipped and painted. Within 24 hours varnish chipped on 2 nails.
