I’ve been a regular of Maprit’s and Browella for the past 12 years. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my beauty treatments; from eyebrows, to nails and spray tans. The team are professional and very accommodating. I find it my little sanctuary, visiting the salon every few weeks and look forward to having some moments of peace in a beautiful salon. I would highly recommended the team, as your one stop shop, for making you glow.

I have been having my brows done at Browella regularly this year and the shape of them is now so much better and maintenance is so much easier compared to when I did them myself! My brows have been transformed and I’m always so happy with them after visiting, I will never go back🥰 would definitely recommend! The salon is always clean and tidy and the ladies who work here are lovely!

I have been going to Browella for so many years that I have lost count. Staff are friendly and welcoming. There is no-one else I trust with my eyebrows. Manprit works miracles, never thought my eyebrows would be the shape they are today and so thankful! Highly recommended, my friends also come here now too!

I always have a warm and friendly welcome. Its a modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean place and the variety of treatments offered are fantastic and the therapists are highly skilled and excellent at what they do. My only issue is the noise other clients and staff persistently make outside treatment rooms which affects, impacts, and spoils relaxation and what should be a quiet tranquil escape. There are signs stating "quiet treatments in progress" but they don't work. Sorry but urgent attention is needed as others like me for this reason may decide not to go back. Hopefully this message will resonate and improve the situation. Otherwise, put simply wonderful but please be quiet !!!

Added further to Browella's reply. Hi thanks for your reply. Your suggestion of coming in off peak isn't going to help because I already mainly come in off peak and wouldn't be able to stipulate times due to a busy changing schedule. Perhaps reminding your staff and clients may be the answer or any other alternative improvements you may find after further consideration. Its the only thing letting down what is otherwise heavenly. JJ is my nickname. I don't feel comfortable identifying myself but I do hope to see improvements and hear less. Silence is the golden key for relaxation.
