I have been going to Laura for about twenty years, her facial's and full body massager are just the best. Kirstie has also been doing my nails for the past 7 years and her work is amazing. It is always a treat to have a treatment at this salon.

I tried to book an appointment over the phone for my wife as this place was the closest place to our house, the lady over the phone came with many excuses not to offer us an appointment, however my wife earlier the week spoke to them and they advised to call them next week to book an appointment for a week later, they do not offer good customer service over the phone.

Owner Response:

Hi Ali, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.

As I tried to explain on the phone, we unfortunately cannot remove or infill other salons work as this can cause many issues to the natural nail. We advised visiting the previous salon as they would know the best way to remove the product they had applied.
We also advised if your wife was able to come with no product on her nails we’d be able to book her in, and offered the next available appointment we had.
And as that didn’t work for you, we recommended another local salon.
There are only 2 of us here and we always advise booking well in advance as we both have a loyal client base who book in regularly.

In regards to the phone call, neither of us can recall taking that call and saying to call back the following week is not something we would recommend.

We have a combined total of 35 years in this industry between us and pride ourselves on our customer service, we’re sorry you were disappointed with the professional advice you were given.
