I had a very bad experience at this nail salon. The tools they used were extremely dirty and clearly not hygienic. As a result, my nails were damaged and became infected.

Despite charging very high prices, the level of service was unacceptable. The staff were also very rude and unprofessional. When I contacted customer service to report the issue, they responded in a disrespectful and dismissive manner instead of taking responsibility.

This place does not follow basic hygiene standards, which is very concerning and unsafe for customers.

I am now in the process of filing a formal complaint

They have a booking system, so you book a timed appt, but if you arrive and there's a queue of walkins, you just join the vack of the queue despite it being your appt time. Seems pointless, my daughter had an appt but waited over an hour.

After reading a bad review on a local Facebook page, I was apprenhensive but 1 bad review wouldn’t stop me.
I was seen on time at my appointment time for hand & toes shellac holiday nails.
The whole way throughout I was asked if the length, shape, colour were all okay.
Very pleased, thank you :)
