Had my infills done, staff lovely but nails were not great. Wanted a French tip, which was painted on.very bulky and uneven. Sticky as well. No cuticle oil. Didn’t ask if I wanted them shortened which I’ve had to do at home. Didn’t say anything as didnt want to upset her as she is young. As ex nail tech I think she needs more experience and lots of practice and then she will be fab. I hate leaving a bad review 😢
To be fair the cost was reasonable.

Me and my daughter went today for a pamper day, the staff are very friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable as she was nervous, they listened to everything I wanted and advised me which style would suit my face, I will definitely be going back. Haven't laughed in a hair salon like that for a very long time.
