Overly busy and not a relaxing environment. They also left my toe nails with rough edges. Will not return

I booked because of the high ratings, but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.

I’m not sure whether the salon was overbooked or if this is simply their usual working style, but the entire appointment felt extremely rushed and uncomfortable.

The lady seemed in a hurry the entire time. When we switched hands, she was almost tossing my hand aside. She also kept interrupting when I tried to ask for question, which made the whole appointment very uncomfortable. It created a very stressful atmosphere and left no room for any kind of relaxing or enjoyable experience.

And I’m completely fine with paying higher prices for good nails, but the pricing here felt unclear and not transparent at all. On top of that, the level of service simply didn’t match the price.

Great nails , lovely and quick service
They are very busy but it makes sense why. They offer freebies like teas, coffees and soft drink - nice touch anyway.
Happy to be going back 💜

Really friendly and an a great service. I have used other nail salons in the area and they just want you in and out and don't provide what they charge you for so NAILUX is definitely by far a superior business. Thank you for my gorgeous mani and pedi.

I’ve been coming to NailLux for about 3 years now and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Everyone here is so lovely and they always do such a perfect job with my nails. The salon is clean, relaxing and they really take their time to make sure you’re happy with the result. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
