Never trust these people after what the manager did to my mums hair. She went in for a soft perm and the manager was supposed to be watching she was too busy gossiping and my mums hair came out like an afro then it started falling out in massive clumps. It is still really thin to this day and breaks easily. My mum had really thick now its so thin. The manager should have been sacked years ago afyer the trauma she has caused my mum.
