Booked an appointment for 11am got there just before it was busy and I’m still left waiting half hour later with them still doing other nails! Just moving me around the shop … don’t they check their appointments book???? Why bother booking??? Not happy

On closer inspection of my toenails, one of my toenails is basically half painted and looks like I’ve had them done a week ago as she hasn’t taken care on painting up to the cuticle, there is also a bump on another toenail. I found they were very unprofessional, laughing with another colleague (pulling a face) and talking in another language when my young daughter requested rainbow nails (a different colour on each nail). I will NOT return, which is a big shame as it’s the closest nail salon to me.

Unwelcoming, rushed and clearly care more about their returning customers over new customers. Me and my sister came ( I got biab and my sister got acrylic ) acrylics were terribly done and as for my biab I still had paint on my actual nail beds…. Won’t be returning and when confronting about how bad the acrylics were the solution was “ one more coat” to which they still looked like my 14 year old sister did them herself. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I had an amazing experience! I got exactly the nails I wanted—no issues, no delays, just fast, professional service. Despite some of the negative reviews I read beforehand, my experience was completely the opposite. The staff was friendly, efficient, and really attentive to the details I asked for. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling happy and confident with my nails. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend giving them a chance—you might be pleasantly surprised like I was!

I have been there a few times and found them ok in the beginning. But lately found them so rude. There is this young girl there who is just so rude. Can’t understand a word of what she is saying and seems like she is forcing herself to do the job. They keep on insisting that they want cash from some clients but are ok to take card payments from others.

My experience at this salon was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, the staff were not friendly at all—rude, dismissive, and rushing through the entire process. One of the employees even shoved my foot instead of simply asking me to move it! My aunt and I went together, and by the afternoon of the same day, both of our nails were already chipped. To make matters worse, the nail polish on the shelves was covered in dust and clearly diluted. This place lacks professionalism and quality!

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. The technician was (he) rushing through the whole process, and the way they cut my nails was uneven and sloppy. What really bothered me, though, was how the staff kept speaking to each other in their own language the entire time — it felt really rude and made me uncomfortable. Never ever.I went there for a full set acrilic and design.I asked if they can make my design and they said yes.After he started removing the old one cut my nail and start bleeding so bad.After that he was keep pulling my hand and telling me to relax.Wtf he was doing to my hand idk.I was fuming and that point and I just wanted to leave.They were absolutely rude and definitely without any customer service qualities.I would never come back.I wasn’t offered even a plaster for the bleeding finger.

Upsetting experience. I asked for long acrylic infills and the young man cut all my nails off. I asked for a specific design but after he decided to cut all my nails off he refused to do my design too. I paid £30 for nails I didn’t ask for. He was aggressive and cut my finger. So rude wouldn’t recommend at all.
